A part bullim les carxofes i els p\u00e8sols, les carxofes les enfarinarem i fregirem un cop bullides.<\/p>\n<p>Tot seguit ho posem a la cassola amb el bacall\u00e0 i els ous durs, i fem una bona picada d&#8217;ametlles torrades. Aquest sistema permetia disposar de prote\u00efna durant tot l\u2019any i va acabar convertint el bacall\u00e0 en un aliment b\u00e0sic de molts receptaris rurals.<\/p>\n<p>La tradici\u00f3 cristiana en va refor\u00e7ar el consum, durant la Quaresma i especialment el Divensdres Sant, amb dejuni de consum de carn, el bacall\u00e0 esdevenia l\u2019opci\u00f3 m\u00e9s comuna.
